Our chocolates will maintain freshness after opening if stored at temperatures that do not exceed (18-22°C). Avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. If refrigerated, please keep chocolates in Airtight container as Cocoa has tendency to absorb the smell easily. For freshness of unopened products refer to the Best before date printed on our products.

We recommend that you place your order about 10 days before the event and select a delivery date of 1-2 days prior to the event. Store the favours in a cool, dark place 18-22°C or cooler. Delivery may take longer than 10 days based on the quantity of order and the degree of personalisation required for gift boxes.

Our chocolates are made with 100% cocoa butter making them easily melt when exposed to high temperature. In order to ensure a melt free delivery of your chocolates we tuck our elegant gift boxes in thermocol / suitable cardboard boxes / packaging. The shipping charge includes this packaging charge as well.

IN - Bangalore DELIVERIES: Standard Shipping will arrive within 1-2 business days Orders placed after 7PM will ship out the next 1-2 working days. OUT OF Bangalore DELIVERIES: Please note, due to the perishability of our products we do not dispatch out of Bangalore orders from Friday (4 pm) – Sunday Standard Shipping will arrive within 3-4 business days, during the week selected at checkout.
