SHIPPING POLICY

At Etérea Chocolatier, we are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible. We use high-quality packaging materials to ensure that your chocolate bars, brownies, cupcakes, and energy bars arrive in perfect condition. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If you have any questions about shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us.

General Information

We cannot guarantee delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather condition or public holidays. as warm weather conditions sometimes prevent us from shipping over the weekend.

This website currently ships to India addresses only. 

IN - BANGALORE DELIVERIES

  • Standard Shipping will arrive within 1-2 business days. Shipping charges applicable if order is below the amount mention.

  • Orders placed after 6.00 PM will be prepared next working day and based on the order shipping will take place.

OUT OF BANGALORE DELIVERIES:

  • Please note, due to the perishability of our products we do not dispatch if courier takes more days. 

  • Standard Shipping will arrive within 3-4 business days, during the week selected at checkout.

  • If you place your order before 1 PM on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, your order will ship the next day that it is received to arrive within 3-4 business days. If you place your order after 1 PM, your order will ship after 2nd possible business day. Orders placed after 1PM on Saturday will be prepared on next working day and shipping will take place accordingly.

FOR BULK ORDERS:

    PLEASE NOTE THAT BLUK ORDER SHIPPING WILL HAVE WRITTEN TIME COMMITMENT AND BASED ON THE PAYMENT RECEIVED IT WILL GET PROCESSED AND SHIPPED AFTER THE CONFIRMATION OF YOUR AVAILABILITY.

Our shipping system monitors where your package is being delivered to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition, no matter the weather. We tuck our elegant gift boxes in cardboard boxes. Upon your request, we will also include a complimentary gift message.

General Shipping Costs

Your shipping cost and method can be determined using the table below. Please note that shipping costs are per shipment, or an individual package to an individual address; orders with multiple shipments will incur multiple shipping charges.

​*Shipping Across:

We are currently delivering Pan India. A few extremely delicate products and large size gift boxes and hampers are only deliverable in BANGALORE.

However, we ship limited products outside BANGALORE during warm weather and hamper selection. Please drop a message  at +91 9880740532  or

RETURN POLICY

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange.We will either reship the item or replace it with another of equal or greater value. A replacement or exchange will be shipped within 5 days. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. We (Etérea) reserves the right to limit replacements. Refunds are not offered. Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Unfortunately, and due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order. We cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our carrier).We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address, and company name, apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery .

Etérea is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

1. You provide an incorrect or outdated address;

2. Your recipient is out of town or not available, or

3. You do not provide a corrected/new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment, due to perishable item - remaking of the order and/or

re-labelling for the carrier.

CANCELLATION POLICY

a)  Orders may be placed: By https://www.etereachocolate.com, By WhatsApp +91 9880740532, Bulk orders with email confirmation from Etérea and payment, Monday - Friday, 10:00AM to 6:30PM , Saturday - 10:00 AM to 12:15 PM​

 

b) Once an order has been placed, cancellations or changes will not be accepted. However, in exceptional situations, Etérea will try to honor requests for changes. A fee will be charged in the event Etérea is able to effect a requested change. In no event can a change be made once a shipment has been accepted by the shipping service.

 

​c) Each order is subject to approval by Etérea . Etérea reserves all rights to reject any order due to insufficient stock, incomplete customer information, or for any other lawful reason. ​Shipping charges, which are payable by the purchaser, are extra, and vary by destination.
